I think he is but why haven't they linked him with DNA yet?  I find that puzzling.

People seem oblivious to the danger of walking/jogging in the country.  I saw a skimply clad lass (as in a not much bathing suit) jogging on a dirt side road the other day with nothing but tall corn all around.  She had on her ear buds and was probably listening to music, totally oblivious to anything around her...

If all goes according to plans the 'suspect' will go to trial in September of next year!

The woman i saw on her bike about a month ago that i stopped and ask if the guy in the truck was bothering her hasn't been around.  Before that incident i would see her a few times a week riding her bike on douglas.
Apparently that was enough of a scare for her.

Coming back from Adrian the other day I passed a young tanned lass on McMahon Road between Bucholtz and the next road west walking along in a very skimpy outfit.  Thats all cornfields and no houses.  She was probably packing...hopefully.

People are so trusting today...

I see them walking out here too.  Lately they haven't been dress in skimpy outfits but the biggest thing I notice on just about every one of them is they have their ear buds plugged into their ears and listening to their music of choice.  I love listening to music too but when you're walking along anyplace even semi-public you need to be prepared for anything.

Even if she is packing it doesn't do any good if someone can just walk up behind you and take you by complete surprise.

We didn't read about her so she probably finished her walk just fine.

Worley trial is underway and they're deliberating now.

This looks like the 'end' of things at the local level.

Now, how many years of appeals.

We happened to be able to watch the proceedings live and as Worley went on and on and on just rambling and denying everything it became more and more apparent that he is probably nuts...

and maybe that is what he was trying to establish!
