Rib roast, mashed potatoes, salad and pumpkin pie...just because that's what I feel like making.

CL made a Jiggs Dinner for St. Patty's day and it was GOOD and I ate way too much, but then I like boiled cabbage, potatoes, carrots and corned beef.

Tummy is too full... ;D

Went to an Irish pub near downtown St. Louis and had the original version of the meal.....it was bacon and corned beef as made in the homeland of the Irish.  Bacon was not affordable to the immigrants in America at the time and is when bacon was replaced with corned beef.  Good stuff!

Tonight.....crock pot spaghetti with garlic bread.

Side, i'm right there with you only i had to make it.
Put it all in the slow cooker with lots of seasonings.
Now i'm looking at 2 or 3 more meals of it.  I might freeze one.
I put a couple of ounces of Braggs ACV in the pot.  I don't know if that made a difference but the stuff sure was tasty

I was slightly concerned with lofting the covers last night but CL said it didn't happen.  I never know.  I put on my mask, fire up the CPAP machine and it's off to dreamland.

N. Korea could drop a nuclear warhead and I'd not know it...  (not sure I want to).

Pickle juice, pulled pork and sourkraut..
Pour over bowl of Kluski noodles
