I found a new great show on Comedy Central.

The High Court.

Think The Peoples Court, but the judge and bailiff are blasted on weed while they hear the case, then they go back and smoke some more while the deliberate the merits of the case.

Actually the bailiff is ALWAYS a guest - and changes every show.
