Shamrock Mobile Home Village being rezoned?

Could someone confirm this? I recently heard that the residents of Shamrock Mobile Home Village on N. Telegraph Rd. are being evicted because the land is being rezoned from residential to commercial.
I sometimes don’t get to read the newspaper and I may have missed it if there was a story about it. Thank you in advance.

I don't know if it is being "rezoned" but I do understand that the management company that owns the property is not continuing the park.
