Mr Krell was not the person with his foot on the gas pedal nor was he the person in control of the vehicle that crashed.  The young man driving that vehicle is the one and only person responsilbe for what was going on with that vehicle. Right or wrong , if someone throws something at my vehicle that cost $35.000  you can count on me giving chase. And if the local law enforcement dosen't want to go after the offenders then there is always "Back yard justice".  Nobody has the guts to stand up and take responsibilty for their actions, It's always" Somebody elses fault".

Are you done with the John Wayne talk? For all Mr Oberle knew he was being pursued by an attacker like you looking for some "backyard justice". And who do you think you are saying crap like that? Are you some superman vigilante and you're gonna teach people a lesson? Holy ****. I hope you never try to chase after me. I bite back.

Greg.  I imagine that you do not throw projectiles out of your speeding car at other cars.  So you probably don't have to worry about being chased by anyone.

I don't, but what if somebody in my back seat did? And apart from throwing things out the window, I am human, and make mistakes. I'm sure I've cut people off on the road a handful of times.

I don't worry about being chased by anyone but do cringe that if I ever was and ended up getting into a wreck everybody would be pointing the finger at me and not the nutjob trying to chase me down.

I still don't understand how someone who didn't do anything wrong runs, much less in a car.  Why would you speed away?  Are you afraid someone is going to ram you like in Mad Max?  geez!
What will we do once we have become absolutely lawless?  Hmm then the innocent become the criminals....

I'm curious as to the "911 tapes" that people on this board seem to have heard...

Does anyone have an internet link to these tapes?  I'd like to hear them.

I only have read the statements made by Mr. Krell in the newspaper... and I must say I found it laughable when he said he "decided to take his dog for a ride."  ::)

I do agree that these people that work in Monroe for the Judical system never have to pay! I don't know if any of you remember when Mr. Nichols was drinking and driving and got in an accident, before he got elected as Prosecutor. It was in the Monroe Evening News. It stated that the police took him home and nothing more was ever done

Or the times that the Sheriff's were called out to his house in Ravenwood for domestic violence for him being so drunk and beating his wife.
