Hey everyone.
So I am doing a low-carb diet (similar to Atkin's). I know it's not for everyone, but I get to do it for health reasons (my body can't really process carbs). Anyway.
I am looking for some new recipes. I do a lot of salads, and eat lots of fish. But it's getting to that point that I am getting bored.
I was wondering if anyone else was on a similar diet or if they had any good recipes.
Some recipes can be tweeked by using low-carb substitutions, so even if you have one that may not necessarily be low-carb, it may still be viable

*Yes, I have googled some recipes, but I am going to be honest when I say that they scare me if I don't have someone who can attest to its edibilty -- haha. So this is why I am asking you guys!
