Sorry!  I make my chinese food just according to the directions on the little package of spice mix!

Well, for dinner tonight, I think we'll whip up some nachos, and I have to fry up the chicken livers that are in the fridge, before they go bad.

Anybody want some chicken livers and nachos?   ;D

Dredge them in flour, fry them in some oil in a pan, and they turn into pure heaven!

Chicken livers are gross - now shhhhh dont tell but I do like the gizzards when baked just right.

How can you like gizzards, but NOT like the livers??  If cooked right, the livers are not slimey, but very firm and tasty!

Gizzards aren't slimy either - I bake them till they are firm.  How can you like livers and not gizzards?  lol
