Gizzards aren't slimy either - I bake them till they are firm.  How can you like livers and not gizzards?  lol

I never said I don't like gizzards, cc.   ;D

gizzards and liver both...do not go anywhere near my plate!

Even if you covered them in ranch dressing, Nosh?   :D

Tonight?

Leftover chicken stir-fry.

I'm still feeling a bit peckish, though.

I may need to warm up those few chicken livers that are still in the fridge....   ;D

No, it wasn't an attempt at a chicken joke.  I am really feeling peckish.  Honest!

Next, you'll be calling me an egghead.

Did that make you cock your head?

And no, before you ask, I'm not hen-pecked.

Crap.  There's that word again.   ;D

I made the frosting from scratch.

But, she insists that store-bought is better.   :-[

About 3 ounces of lean ground beef, a cup of baked beans, and some raw veggies.  MMMMMM (my cardioligist would be proud!)
