Well last night we had chicken breasts and whole grain brown rice.....yuck on the no flavor rice.

I saw her sprinkle a little virgin olive oil on her rice so I did the same......I almost gagged....it was sooooooo nasty that I tried to rinse off the rice. The only thing that saved it was adding some balsamic vinaigrette.

Fortunately, my wife is suspending her (our) flat belly diet.....she discovered that her "milkers" were deflating and she needs to keep them flowing until our boy starts getting teeth.

This is the only way to answer some of the questions posed:

1) I did nothing to warrant the banishment, it's political.

2) It's the router that's blocked but considering all the nonsense right-wing games being played by those running the site...it's just not worth it to bypass the banishment block.

Mentioning that the flat belly diet inhibited lactation could be useful to nursing mothers.....just ignore my posts if you can't handle complete honesty from the crude dude....not to be rude but it's about food.  ;D

I had a t-bone (well, part of a t-bone) baked potato and corn on the cob (almost the way I like it)  The corn is getting tastier by the day. :D

That sounds delicious!

My legs are sore from a very long ride today. I haven't pedaled in a while. So I decided to stay home and watch the wings game. My original plan was to first drive to the Smokehouse and get some ribs to take home.

Well, I got lazy and didn't go.

I had a sandwich and cereal instead  :(
