Tuna Helper and bread.

It's late, and I'm tired, and out of ideas.

Pumpkin pie and Cool Whip....I'm even more tired that Live tonight.

We went to J's Smokehouse tonight.  I had a full rack of ribs, and my hunny had a reuben sandwich.

It was AWESOME as usual!

Can't wait until he gets his new location opened up.  But in the mean time, DON'T FORGET ABOUT HIM!  He could still use your business at the old location at the Fox Club, until they move!!

"Steak-umms" and Tater Tots

Yeah, I realize that "Steak-umms" are a lame excuse for a Philly, but hey.

Put a nice chuck roast in the slow cooker this morning with a little red cooking wine in the bottom, tad of Kitchen Bouquet, Montreal Steak Seasoning, smothered with a whole cut up onion, quartered potatoes, baby carrots, and a tad bit of celery salt.

Yummy!

Breaking with the tradition: :o

I'm smoking some Cornish Game Hens outside. 8)

Not literally lighting them them up and smoking them, cooking them on my smoker. :P :P :P

Last year smoked a turkey breast, it was great, but way-y-y-y-y too expensive. :'(

p.s. just had to use as many smilies, etc., as possible for my own interests :D
