Huge bowl of home made mac-n-cheese tonight, and we have two English cut pot roasts for tomorrow, cooked in the crock pot, with mashed potatoes and carrots.  Got a house full of kids to feed!

And I'm lovin it!   ;D

Pan fried salmon filets, with remoulade sauce (mayo, creole mustard, cayenne pepper sauce, onion powder and garlic powder).

Spaghetti noodles with olive oil, crushed garlic and parmesan.

Endive and lettuce salad with blue cheese dressing.

Bottle of red...

Be very liberal with the sauce.  Most call for too little as the rice really soaks up the liquids.  I also add a can of sauerkraut in mine.

Good low fat, filling meal.
