Chili

I had a butt load of jerky that I over-dehydrated, and was as tuff as leather.  I normally dice up stew meat and throw it in chili.  Yesterday, I chopped up all that seasoned jerky, put it in a baggy and soaked it to rehydrate it.

Checking it this morning, seems to be doing OK.  We'll see.

Lasagna tonight.  My girls and my grandbabies are coming over!  It is all ready and all I'll have to do is pop it in the oven :)  One daughter (the married one) will be bringing the babies and my other daughter will be bringing the dessert!  :D

Meatloaf on the smoker in the backyard.
One of our favorite foods in the smoker. Ever since we tried it in the smoker I don't cook meatloaf in the oven any more.
