Man post your meatloaf recipe if you could.  I dug around on that site and couldn't find it.  I'd love to try smoked Meatloaf!  How long do you smoke it for too?

I did find a really good looking Horse Meat recipe on that site:

Grilled Tuna at J's with sweet potato fries.  Delicious.

It's likely to be Checkers on N. Telegraph.

They have some really good specials for fast food, 2 for $4 specials.  The cheesesteak burgers are good, as are the Bufords.  I think they may have a new Ranch thing, I dunno know.

We just tend to take a break and do carry-out on Friday so the least expensive the bettter.

Actually this is dinner tomorrow night, but as I have to start it today I'm posting it today.  Since it seems to be fitting and appropriate for tomorrow forecasted weather I thought it might give others an idea for their Sunday dinner if they're undecided.

About 2 weeks ago my son and his wife were over for Sunday dinner so my wife made one of her spectacular "paper bag hams".  Put the leftover ham bone up in the freezer until the other day, put it in the fridge to thaw.  Fast forward to today.  Inna lil bit I'll be rinsing and soaking a bag of northern beans and letting them soak overnight.

Tomorrow (dinner tonight) I'll be putting the beans and that ham bone in the crock pot and let them all "get happy".

I make bean soup the same way, but have found that buying a smoked turkey leg from Meijers and deboning it,then adding it to the soup gives it a rich smoky flavor.

Got them beans and that hambone simmering now!  How about you, Mermaid?

Thanks for the reminder Choff.  We went scouring the cupboard for some "liquid smoke" ( I know it ain't the same, but still) but we must have used it up in a differant recipe.  Perhaps if "somebody" (hint, hint Momma) was going to the store for other stuff they'd be kind and get some!   :P :P

We tried this crock pot recipe a few times and it went over BIG.
Take uncooked chicken breast, 2 cans of cream of chicken soup & 2 cans of cream of mushroom, 1 can of milk or more depending on the consistency that you like.1 tube of raw Pillsbury biscuits or more if you can fit them in the pot. Salt & pepper to taste. Cook altogether about 2-2 1/2 hours, or longer. It tastes just like chicken & dumplings. The biscuits firm up and make the whole meal.
