One of those healthy choice steamers (sesame chicken) that only has 300 calories.

Actually it was the only thing I had to eat yesterday.

I'm thinking grilled chicken salad here, with fresh homemade ranch dressing and spinach from my garden!

We had the same thing I mentioned almost a month ago....the chicken BLT salad
(I don't like tomatoes so she leaves that separate)
Quote
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halved
1 pouch Shake 'N' Bake extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
6 cups torn mixed red and green leaf lettuce
1 cup tomato wedges (about 1 medium)
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
1/4 cup Kraft Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup Kraft Natural Three cheese crumbles

Preheat the oven to 400*F.

Coat chicken with coating as per pkg directions, add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and mix. Place in shallow baking pan, lined with nonstick foil.

Bake 20 minutes or until cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into slices

Toss lettuce with tomatoes, bacon and dressing. Spoon evenly onto 4 plates sprinkle with cheese. Top with chicken

No emails, no warnings, no communication whatsoever...just that ban

May be what happened to the other libs as well.

I guess disabling the report to admin link only on the lib side was indicative of the slanted games they play.

Enjoy your spoon-fed Faux News type right-wing echo-chamber.

Edited to add:

This is the only way to answer some of the questions posed:

1) I did nothing to warrant the banishment, it's political.

2) It's the router that's blocked but considering all the nonsense right-wing games being played by those running the site...it's just not worth it to bypass the banishment block.

3) The moron stalkers from MT contemplating a visit will be considered a threat and can expect to have a bad day if they act upon those idiotic thoughts.

I have tried a few of those healthy choice steamers. They aren't half bad. :)

I think we will bbq something tonight.

They were on sale at Kroger for $1.75 each when you buy 5, so I thought I'd pick up a couple.

I don't think I'd pay full price for them though.

That is a good price. I wouldn't pay full price either. They are pretty darn small for what their regular price is lol.

Mediterranean Chicken Wraps

Chicken breast marinaded over night in Itialian dressing then grilled and sliced.

Put a layer of hummus on pita bread followed by red romaine lettuce or tabouli(my personal preference), roasted red peppers, and roma tomato slices (only use the tomato if you don't use tabouli).  Throw the chicken in, wrap up and enjoy.

I am getting in a rut.
Back to Rosie's for the half off pizza.
The waitress was pretty cute, too.

Its a great light meal on a hot summer day.  I'm serving mine with a chilled hearty white wine.  Because of all the bold flavors in the dish you need a white that can hang.  I forgot the name and the style of what I'm serving but I can get that to you when I get home.
