I eat jalepenos like potato chips.  Fortunately La Curandera convinced me to plant a Thai Dragon Pepper plant.  I tried a bite of one yesterday (not mine, from the restaurant she works at) and I have to day I can't wait to cook with them.  I'm thinking a paste made with them, olive oil, garlic, and maybe a bit of mint to use as my signature spice blend.

We went to the Clinton Inn tonight.  I had a 16oz. Prime Rib, and my hunny had Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken.

Very good food, and not too pricey!

I am making stuffed burgers.
Saw a chef do this on TV and I kind of altered the recipe.
I mix  a pkg. of dry lipton onion soup,2tbsp of mustard, doesn't matter what kind.I prefer honey mustard.3tbs of worchestire  sauce, 2tbsp of  BBQ sauce add to about 2 lbs burger and grill/cook.

If you really want to make them stuffed, make 2 very very thin patties, put a piece of cheddar cheese in between them, then seal the edges together around the cheese

I made fresh hommus yesterday and may eat that with some fresh veggies and whole wheat pita.  I may make some falafel if I feel up to it. Or I may take a different route and have some eggplant in some form. I'm undecided.

I absolutely love tuna steak! I swear, when it's done right, it's almost as good as a filet mignon.

Did you cut open that pinneapple yet ;o)

I ended up making Greek wraps, stuffed mushrooms and humus.  It was oh so gude.

Not yet, they still look a bit green but in a few days they should be good to go.

$1 for a fresh pineapple, what a deal!!!
