This was actually dinner last night...

I was having computer issues and didn't get the pictures done until just now though...

We did this on the smoker grill but it could be on any grill because we did it directly over the coals...

Grilled whitefish, grilled portabella mushroom and grilled peaches for dessert...

plus cantaloupe... but that wasn't on the grill ;) ;) ;)

Mushroom and peach recipes are here...

We ordered Tony's Coney which was my idea. Hubby went and picked up the food, after getting it home we realized my sandwich wasn't there. Looks like the guy who took my order didn't hear all of it. So I got nothing :(
Feeling better I couldn't wait to eat, now I am just waiting for an invite from some Mt posters to dinner.  LOL

No problem! They have some unbelievable deals! And I love how they name their sales... "Hangover Wednesday" and I've seen one called "Stupid Tuesday."  :D

Ciolino's almost always has great stuff and it's CHEAP! We froze some of the .99/DOZ corn today (roasted). Going to go back for a few more dozen this week. I'm still planning to get some of the Smith corn at Parran's, just haven't made it out there, yet.

OMG, we have sooooo many cucumbers! Made quick pickles today (rice vinegar, curry, garlic, and fresh ginger), but we have tons to go. Also, it looks like every single tomato I have will ripen at once. I've never canned before, so I'm getting a crash course. Sure hope I don't poison anyone!

I leave out the green pepper, and add a can of drained kraut, and add a big can of tomato sauce in addition to the recipe.  I like mine with that touch of kraut, and the extra sauce makes it into much moister as the rice really soaks up liquids.  Quick to fix, enjoy!

Was it because of me, or the recipe?   ;D
