I am making rhubarb crisp today.
Have some fresh rhubarb that I froze that needs to be used now.
Still  undecided about dinner. Dessert is always easy to think of.

Been many years since I had rhubarb pie.  When I was growing up mom had some rhubarb out back along our fenceline that she'd fix up as pie when it was ripe and ready.

Sorry folks, tonight it's really simple.

S'getti from a jar, Texas Toast from a box.

But I may end up picking up a couple of ham steaks for the weekend

Now just how to make them ham steaks?   ???

Slathered in peanut butter and simmered in Coca-Cola, or marinated and on the smoker?   8*

My wife burns the hell out of it!  ;D

Well... she does make it "crisp" LOL

I have no idea what dinner tonight will be, but I will be baking zucchini bread and a keylime pie today. Note to everyone at Ciolino's (sp??) bags of keylimes are $1.29.

Enjoy....give me your thoughts afterward.  I thought it was very good, and about the closest to a true Italian style pizza I have had around here.  My only feeling was that the next time I would ask to double up on the cheese.
