I know your pain Fritz.  I love cooking but I'd rather do it for someone in addition to myself.

I made a huge salad, with cheese, and a bunch of sliced up strips of BBQ pork in it!

No problem Shaggy, I can adjust it when I make it. I am use to playing with recipes. Often people ask me for recipes and usually I have to sit down to think about it because I normally just tink with what I have and hardly ever use a recipe or if I do I don't follow it. :D

Also I have 2 vacations planned and will try the Blue Cheese dressing while out to dinner. I just don't think about it here at home.

I had some tomatoes that had to be used up, so I made spaghetti with homemade sauce and a side salad to go with it.

OK FB that sure beats my pickled beet eggs that I had.
Oh I had some crackers & cheese also. When everyone is gone I don't like to cook for myself.

I love cheese and crackers as a snack, I prefer chicken in a biscuit crackers and extra sharp cheddar cheese.

I don't have a cheese slicer, but I have found that using the one side of the box grater works just as well, and cuts the cheese to just the right thickness.

I love chicken & biscuit crackers and I figured out they make a very good coating for chicken, and I use them in my meatloaf instead of breadcrumbs. I like the hot pepper cheese with them also. I have been on a cheese kick. I love Ciolino's cheeses.

I did like their smoked cheddar. It was quite tasty.
