Never really understood why some people refuse to eat leftovers.

I love it when my wife makes big batches of food....seems a very efficient way of doing things...just heat and eat.

Not sure about tonight but for lunch it looks like leftover Little Caesars pizza.

I hear ya on that fry...

My wife made a huge batch of Mexican Lasagna on Sunday...

we had it for dinner last night and it's looking like that's what I'll be having for lunch today too...

there's probably even one more meal left after that 8) 8) 8)

I find that almost all Italian foods that are pasta related taste better reheated. My Mom's spaghetti is always best on the third day.

We're having leftover roast beef tonight, probably in the form of BBQ beef sandwiches a la Michigan Bar, along with corn on the cob and a green salad.

A story I remember my dad repeating several times...

When he would go deer hunting for the full 2 weeks in the upper peninsula...  this would have been right after he returned from the service...

They would make up a 5 gallon pot of bean soup from good ol' Saginaw Valley Navy beans...   they would just leave it on the fire and it was lunch every day...   along towards the end of the first week it would be 'cooked down' and they would just add 5 more gallons of water and keep on eatin' :D :D :D

Tony Packo's tonight...Picked up some Hungarian sausage, Tony Packo's chili sause, Tony Packo's mustard relish and some nice deli buns...Even got some spicy pickles and peppers.   Think I'll make some home made fires to go with it... ;D

I'm saving the Mexican meal for tomorrow.  Tonight I am fixing chicken breast and putting it in a salad.

Actually Erie, your chicken salad sounds delicious.   I don't make them often enough, as hubby won't eat lettuce >:(, and I hate wasting half-a-head (including my own, heehee)

Pretty interesting that so many are having Mexican tonight :)

Sitting on the patio at Lockhart's.
Drinking a Southpaw IPA from Original Gravity.
Take my word, they are doing a nice job in Milan.

Agreed, especially spaghetti. After we are finished with the first meal, I stir it altogether and put it in the fridge, it always seems there is too much sauce. But when it sits, the noodles absorb the excess liquid and voila, you get perfection.
