Butter, salt & pepper.   They'll go.
I'd need about a pound of butter to make a can of them go down. :P

Try some of that Tony Cachera's (spell ?) on them.   Hot pepper & cajun spice mixed in with salt.

Good stuff.

my vegetables come to me in pill form like the Jetsons. I'm a hater of most veggies and juiceplus has saved my health, haha.

I only use canned green beans. For some reason I'm not crazy about frozen beans. Guess it's because that's what I grew up with.

For the rest of our veggies, we use SteamFresh. They are delicious! So easy to prepare, too. Five minutes in the bag in the microwave. I don't like any of the ones with sauce, though. Way too salty.

I've read that frozen veggies can have even more nutritional value than fresh because of how quickly they're picked and frozen.

For me, actually, it's mostly fresh vegetables, steamed. well, broccoli and mushrooms and spinach and cauliflower and tomatoes and carrots.

Peas and corn, always frozen and steamed. The only canned are tomatoes ...

I hate beets. I hate green beans and lima beans. ew. Canned green beans would be my definition of hell.

Mosty frozen, they taste better than (tin) canned. Now if we're talking home canning, I'll take that any day.

There are so many veggies I don't like-carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, lima beans, beets, okra. I do tend to "sneak" carrots into my diet though by shredding them and adding them to salads and sauces. That way, I get the nutritional benefit without the horrible taste. So glad Ashleigh's more like her daddy and isn't as picky as me!

Love any kind of pepper (sweet or hot), fresh green beans, corn, spinach, asparagus, peas, cucumbers, zucchini, eggplant and cooked onions or tomatoes.

I haven't had a personal stalker since ... 1996. Don't tempt me!

I forgot to mention that I love asparagus -- fresh and steamed, natch. In pasta or alone. Yum.

Well with pasta, just about anything is good. I need to get a good Vodka sauce recipe. I had it a few times and really love the flavor.
