I truly hope you are wrong.  There is the possibility that she knows.  But we don't know that yet.  I personally don't like to sit in judgement of others.

Yes I see the connection......one named river and one named sandy....hmmm......found in a river and covered in a concrete mix.....and sand is one of the ingredients.

The fl part could mean flow, like water flowing......or possibly flood......or fibber lips....

I've always heard that criminals return to the scene of the crime......anything is possible.
