a friend of mine was found dead in monroe years ago...i believe the murder is still not solved and im sure no one is working the case at this time.

sooooooo...no one knows if this person will ever be found.

One thing is for certain Nosh...They (authorities) won't find any clues to the murder on this site.  All they will find here is gossip, false accusations and a bunch of busy bodies. 8*

Authorities plan to search again the Monroe apartment complex where Nevaeh lived.

Read the comments on that article from ICU2.  She (Im assuming) makes for an interesting read claiming to have seen Nevaeh the night she disappeared. I dont buy it

Thanks Riv. That is exactly what I thought but didn't want to believe. I only hope she didn't suffer. It blows my mind why someone would not have just released her.

Why would anyone keep her and then take her to the river only to then kill her down on that little ledge by putting her face in dirt makes no sense at all. The big question is WAS SHE MOLESTED. They have not said anything about this and if she was NOT I really really believe her MOM shook her cause she was mad about her peeing her pants and thought she had killed her. As I posted on the other thread, she freaked out and called George to come get rid of the body. When in reality she wasn't dead and he buried her alive. Hence the death by asphyxiation and dirt in her lungs.

There are so many things that could have happened. I guess the timeline is still open.  depending on the decomp she may have been there days or weeks or hours. I just don't understand who can harm a child? and if she was alive why burry her unless she knew knew you. my brother had a friend buried alive here in Toledo 1993 it still haunts his freinds.

You are 100% right. If there were no signs of trauma in the autopsy then she was not shaken nor beaten before her death. There are numerous reasons why one would keep her alive and none of them are good obviously because this never would have happened.

This is nuts!  Comments like this are beyond irresponsible (for the time being at least)! 


When the facts come out and you "HAPPEN" to be right, then drop all the "I thought so's" you need.  But in the meantime, it is really out of line to state such things as if you KNOW it to be a fact.

That's just a weak theory. At least you point out that there may be evidence to the contrary, but the theory is not logical. What motivation could Kennedy possibly have to put himself inthat situation? Risking being an accomplice to second degree murder to help out a friend? I don't think so.

There was no trauma to this sweet child? There has to be some on her scalp. It takes force to hold a head down into the dirt for such a period of time to bring about unconsciousness. That she suffered this  rips my heart. I have Asthma and COPD. And sometimes it's like breathing into a pillow, and it can be frightening at times. What she suffered was far worse than anything I can think of. Bless little Nevaeh. Her death has caused so much pain. But nothing compared to the pain she went through. Whomever did this, it is my hope that you suffer the same nightmare you caused this innocent gift, named Nevaeh.

maybe GK was already told by someone that he was going back to jail anyway, with his already being in contact with JB/child

  I am waiting, waiting for the arrest and conviction for the person or persons that committed this evil crime. How much longer must I wait ? I am praying that it is soon. I think the police are doing their best..... but I wish time would go faster so I will see them get the people.

I wonder if the killer reads these posts.....kind of like returning to the scene of the crime......maybe the killer even posts here.....tossing in some red herrings to slow the investigation down.

Frankly if I had nothing left to go on, I'd investigate the participants of these discussions.

I'd leave no stone unturned.
