I guess since I decided to jump in I feel compelled to address the response regarding the "Monroe's Angel" from the Spartan fan I am assuming that you are younger than most that post here and that's great that you are taking an active interest however to state that Nevaeh is not an angel is not only cruel however so untrue. She as well as all innocent children taken from this earth are angels. She just happens to be Monroe's Angel, who knows she could even be your guardian Angel someday so you may want to think things through before making such a statement. Yes you are entitled to your opinion however if you your opinion is going to hurt someones feelings why state it? The pain that this family is feeling does not need ignited by negativity. This has got to be the worst pain in the world and I truly pray that you never have that kind of hurt in your heart. Please don't think I am angry at you I just think that sometimes people say things without realizing what damage they are doing to others.

Thanks for posting...the arguments on this thread have ceased...mostly all non positive posters have apoligized on this thread or the other threads or by PM to some of us...thanks for your concerns of the negativity but we have all addressed that issue already and have moved on to not being so judging and rude concerning everthing involving this case....we appreciate your comments though..thanks!

There will be a “Child Identification Event” in Nevaeh Buchanan’s honor on October 10th from 11 am to 5 pm at Bobby Bouncer’s in Wayne, Michigan. The event is being sponsored by the Mason’s and coordinated by my cousin, w/ volunteers from our family. Each child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The child identification kit includes a dental impression which contains your child’s DNA and scent for tracking dogs, as well as a CD which will have your child’s fingerprints, picture, pertinent information, and short video. 

This event is FREE! Bobby Bouncer’s is kindly donating use of their indoor play center, and the Mason’s are supplying the ID kits. Thank you to both groups for their generosity! There will also be food and drinks available for purchase at the event.

Also, if you would like to have your child bring a teddy bear to donate to either the police or fire departments, we will be attaching a purple ribbon to them and donating them in Nevaeh’s honor.

I forgot to add that the people responsible for the Child ID kits and the Mason's will do a press release and contact various media outlets...just another positive way to keep Nevaeh's name out there. Justice for Nevaeh.

Because many event lists and publications are compiled or distributed only once a month, you need to get fliers out to the media and circulating on social media about six weeks before any event or reservation deadline.

Even for the local events that run daily on Community Page, I need the announcements at least a week before the event or reservation deadline to get the best response from the public.
