Ideology, John.  I wasn't here but I can bet that not only did you not say that two plus trillion in tax cuts for teh rich were wasteful spending, but probably were all for it.  YOu probably defended going to war, without saying a word about the spending.  LIke i said, I could be wrong, but I don't think so.  If you want to make pretend, go for it.

You hand up things that are going on with a Democratic administration and congress like they are evil.  They are not, John, they are just things you personally don't like.  THat doesn't make them wrong, John.  They just aren't carved from yours.

But if you want... Healthcare costs are rising and will be 120% higher in something like 8 years.  That means a family (or their company) now pays $12,600 a year.  THat will become $25,00 in 8 years.  That isn't even possible for many families or corporations to sustain.  So, heatcare needs delt with.  So far, the Republican idea is MANDATE that everyone PRIVATELY has to buy their own insurance, do away with Medicare and Medicaid, and maybe a little tort reform.  THat isn't going to do any good.

Cap ad TRade.  Energy costs are way too high.  Remember how we got to more than $4.00 a gallon and your people just shrugged?  This is also a part of global warming.  What price do you put on living?  If the earth freezes and can't support life, your tax cutting won't help us.

"Government borrowing sucking the sustenance out of private economy."  THe government put money INTO the economy so that it woudl restart.  Some is.  To have done nothing would mean totally abnkrupt and GONE banks.  The dollar would be worth a few cents TO US.  THe private economy now has teh dollars to work with, BECAUSE of the things that were done.
