I would not consider world wide chaos a possible minor flaw.

Also, your proposal is ludicrous as it allows for the people that have the most money to buy the best protection.

Which is no different than what we have right now.

that's not true.  premiums would likely be the same since the cost to protect a person varies little from one person to the next, and like other insurance (keep in mind that health insurance is not really insurance), the cost would be spread amongst policyholders.  you could have read that article by now, which would have answered these questions and more.  are you afraid of enlightening yourself?

I have read it, it states everything that you have stated here.

The ideas presented there are presented just about as well as what you have done here. The one statement that 90% of the population believes in the statist environment presented by the "Hobbesian myth", then goes on to state that just because people believe in something doesn't make it true.

Well, just because you believe that it would make the world better doesn't make it true.
