It's out on most of the Black Friday websites. I don't know if I can post the website on here?

Yes Walmarts, as in the ad that was put out by Walmart, making it Walmart's ad.

Oh yeah, keep the communist Chinese economy humming and her people enslaved by shopping at Walmart for worthless trinkets to give as gifts this Christmas.  It's the American way in 2009.

Will do. I'll even buy a bit extra from them in your name.

The last time I checked, Wal-Mart had not officially released the ad.

If you want to post links of popular Black Friday web sites, that would be OK. But if you follow Monroe on a Budget, you know I don't post sales information until it's confirmed officially. I have seen situations where second-hand coupon reports were wrong or sales buzz on the web didn't explain that there were regional sales not available in all areas.

In this case, some of the Wal-Mart info has been confirmed by CNN.

This is an odd situation.

Most of these companies love viral marketing.  They pay people to get the word out on Facebook, Twitter, etc.

And there is a certain cachet on information that is supposedly "secret."

I've been watching the Black Friday web sites and pretty much everyone has their Black Friday ads leaked by now.  That is not an accident.

I monitor this site:

BTW, the BEST Black Friday deal that I have seen is at the Sears Outlet.  There is at least one in suburban Detroit.  Basically, Sears sends the older models of appliances to these stores at greatly reduced prices.  We bought our fridge there for $500 or $600 - brand new large Kenmore.

Well, they are taking even more off of their prices and have $50 coupons.  If I were shopping for a major appliance, I would buy from them now.

I have used that website for a couple of yrs now, and they are pretty reliable.
As for shopping at Walmart, don't care. That Barbie from China is the same darn Barbie at Meijer, or any other store. All though the year I  shop at Kroger or Meijer. But Christmas time when money is very tight for us, I don't care what people think or do, my kids will have the best Christmas I can give them and if that means Walmart then Walmart it is.
I pay union dues into the thousands a year, so I don't want to hear about that either. It's Christmas and that's all my young children know, not about the trade or unions. Just Santa, Jesus and Christmas.

I only picked on Walmart cuz that was the thread title.  Of course the anti-American trailer-trash will buy Chinese sh*t from Target, too, I was just sticking with the subject matter as much as possible. . .

We give our kids cash every year for Christmas and take them wherever they want to go shopping at--They ALWAYS choose Walmarts<--I am not happy about that, because I also shop at Krogers and Meijers yearlong--but they shop where they will get the most out of their dollar, and unfortunately it is usually there.
