Natalie Flores, Age 5, Kidnapped in Phoenix: Amber Alert Issued
« on: December 25, 2009, 11:41:54 PM »

Christmas Day, abducted in her apartment complex:

Natalie Rose Flores, age 5, was kidnapped in Phoenix, Arizona on Christmas day. She was playing outside with her two sisters when a man ran up and kidnapped her. He took a picture of her elder sister and also tried to lower the pants of one of her sisters according to KPHO News.

Child Safety Tips

A parent or guardian should always be outside with children playing outside. Kidnappings happen very quickly, so even if a parent is watching the kids play from a window inside, once a crime starts they may not have enough time to get outside before a child is kidnapped.

Keep a cell phone handy when overseeing children. In an emergency a cell phone help a grown up call the police as quickly as possible.
