I just want to share...

Last Friday I went to McGeady's for lunch.  They have a special for $6.99:  Whole sandwich, cup of soup and salad.  It was great!

Had Crab bisque soup which was awesome.  Rueben that had great lean meat.  Nice environment, inexpensive but great food, great service and locally owned and operated.  I will be going back!!

Their Crab Bisque IS very good!  mmmm!   Think I know what's for lunch!  :)

We have been going there for dinner lately. They have a good selection of food (good tasting as well) and reasonable prices as well for dinners. They also have a good selection of micro-brews. I think I like Mcgeadys more now then the previous owners.

The crab bisque is amazing.  Thanks for reminding me, I'm going to head over there soon and get some.   Also agreed on the beer selection.  The last time I was there they had a few different varieties of Michigan brewed beers.   Awesome lunch specials too. 

I used to go there on weekends in my younger days - do they still pack them in on Saturday nights?

I never liked how they try to charge a "cover fee" on big bar nights.  Pretty shady if you ask me.

My food has always been decent but the service is greatly hit and miss.. Keeps me from recommending it.

i had a grilled cheese on a good chewy bread and tomato bisque there not long ago.  vurry nice. perfect lunch on a cold day.

btw, flanders, your tagline is disturbing...

All I know is, I have never met a Potato or a Pork Chop that I have not liked.. mashed baked, fried, roasted.. I don't care...

When I saw on their menu, a Pork chop, rolled in mash potatoes and fried... Well this little hillbilly kid had a Big O right there at the bar...

It was delicious!... They had root beer too, so I was REALLY in hog heaven!!!
