Just adding to it...I wonder how the lack of a drive-thru affected that Arby's location or if it will have any bearing on the success of the new Taco Bell.
I recall way back when that Arby's (Pilot location) wouldn't honor Arby's coupons.
It's possible the new Taco Bell there won't follow the National ad campaigns either.
I suspect the problem there wasn't the brand of restaurant...but the decisions of the management...in this case the Pilot Corporation.
