The 'study' that should be done is a study outlining how to turn Monroe around from it's apparent decline. and become more fiscally responsible.  Probably asking too much.

CL and I were sitting in Cuvers in Adrian last week and remarking about how vibrant Adrian was, unlike Monroe.

my husband and I went to Chomps in Adrian last weekend and he noticed the same thing.... good looking town....

+1 Gary....  Guess I'll have to see the new owner next time I want to buy a piece...  Actually, I have more than enough now.  Should sell a few off as my toolbox is too full.

Adrian is everything Monroe should be but isn't.  Granted Adrian does have it's issues but the city government is much more attuned to current times than Monroe is.

We very seldom go to Monroe.  If it's not the traffic (horrible), it's the depressing downtown district.

Rite Aid closed recently.    Apparently related to Walgreens purchase of about 1/2 of Rite Aid last fall.    Read on the interwebs there's going to be a liquidation sale which means the stuff should only be a little more expensive than Meijer or Walmart.

Probably not going to be an easy vacancy to fill.   Maybe another dollar store?

Well - Wal-Greens can move to the Rite Aide they bought....

Then Monroe Township can open the dispensary.

Pretty sure it would do well there.

Lots of traffic - and walking distance for Fuzz.

The city would have to study that.

Maybe the City can buy it with tax payer dollars, and then give it to the Battlefield Foundation for $1.

That would be par for the course.

Well yeah, residents don't have anything else to do with their money.  Just give it to the government

-  another pizza place
-  party store
-  gas station
-  dollar store
