Well Forestview alleys in Bedford on Dean rd with it's own restaurant inside and out doing pretty well.

They haven't even started clearing away the debri yet -  I know the members of the "board" and I know if the cost is right - you could see the similar operations.

You just got another Angelo's on Welcome Way.  be sure to pack your wallet though.  If it's like the Villa, it ain't gonna be cheap.  No fast food, just fast empty wallet.
