Tropical Smoothie Cafe and one other space that was for lease but haven't heard if it has been filled.   Probably a good spot for a cell phone, tobacco, or pizza place because there aren't any on that side of the street for a few hundred yards.

Check Cashing?  Payday Loans?

How about a massage parlor?  Considering the level of corruption in Moron County government, that would be a real barn burner.  Chinese gals giving those 'special massages'.....lol

They do. 

I know pizza made in wood fired brick ovens can be pretty tasty.

Probably do but not getting any revenue from them....  All about revenue after all.  Gotta keep the highly paid advisors paid right.
