Superspice, hope your grandson isn't too nervous.  Wishing him a successful "debut"!

Fritz is right--pets are the souls of our home, for sure!   Monique, sure hope your old guy has a few more GOOD years left in him.  What a nerve-wracking time you have had.

I am LOVING this Spring weather!  I love the smell of fresh cut grass and the contrast of brisk breezes and toasty sunshine.

Yesterday as I drove home from work I saw 3 horses in happy unison, galloping around the perimeter of their corral as they glistened in the sunshine and their manes flowing.  They looked happy and I just HAD to smile!

Just now as I sat by my new favorite secret place for lunch I watched a beautiful dog running the entire grassy area by the lake.  He actually looked happy too.

I know there's possible rain in the forecast, but that's OK.  I'm Loving Spring!  :)

Spring is my favorite time of year!    Just finished cutting the grass......again.   New grass seed is sprouting, the flower beds are clean (for a few days, at least), fresh-cut lawn, and gorgeous blooms on the trees.   Now if only my dogs wouldn't be such great worm-hunters :o   Maybe I should take up fishing again.

I'm thinking my kids crack me up! My oldest just said, "Mom, did you know that time passes more slowly the shorter legs you have?" I laughed and asked why that is. She said, "Because it takes longer for a shorter person to get anywhere." LOL!!

I'm thinking it seems IMO that there are a handfull of people who have made MT an unhealthy focus in their daily lives.

Now I'm thinking of some who have chosen not to come back.     :-\

Oh well.

So funny, yet so true in a way.  But wait---when you get to be my age, time flies even with these extra-short legs!

Love hearing about your kids, Monique.  Makes my day have a smile!  (same goes for all you other parents who share kid tales!)

You're projecting.  ;)
Take a good hard look in the mirror and quit pointing at others....they merely had the courage to tell you the truth

Now I'm thinking of some who have chosen not to come back.     :-\
I seriously doubt you're threatening to leave MT....it sounds like you're blaming others again....just look inward to find the answer you're looking for.

Oh well.
Have a nice day.  :)

Thanks, Skit. Glad it made you and Aunt Lisa smile. It made me laugh for 15 minutes straight!  ;D She was completely genuine and earnest, too. Maybe that's what was so adorably hilarious. Ahh, kids do say the darndest things!  ;)

Thank you. Yeah early this month, I was working on my laptop and it sparked, smoked and went black.

I just hate it when the smoke is released from my computer.

You see, when they make them, they put smoke inside them, to make them work.  This is true of most electronics.  Don't believe me?  Well, what happens when a computer starts to smoke?  If, for some strange reason, the smoke is released, they will stop working.  That is proof that they work by having smoke put in them when they are made!

Gotta keep that smoke inside your electronics!

Oh, and welcome back, Mayo!   8)

When I was a little boy, my mother spoke of a prophecy, of a time when all the world would be covered in darkness and the fate of all of mankind would be decided. One night I finally got the courage to ask my mother why God had changed, why He was so angry with His children. “I don’t know,” she said as she tucked the covers around me. “I guess He just got tired of all the bullshlt.”
