I really like the pics.  The trail cam is such a neat invention.
I saw a dead coyote beside LaPlaisance road today.  I know they are around, but haven't seen them.  That was my first.  My sister had a mountain lion/cougar in her yard a couple years ago.  It was in the paper lurking around behind Frenchtown mall.  (but DNR said it wasn't real)
Sometime back I saw a bobcat in my backyard.  That was pretty cool.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a cougar/mountain lion pic ducksoup...

My dad saw one in the field across from our house about 22-23 years ago...

sounds like the DNR is starting to change their attitude on them too...

I had some wildlife pics, but I think I deleted them.....will have to look.
Never got a pic of Harry the baby groundhog that adopted me.
I think the guy that used to live 3 doors up shot him, he was really bad about shooting the wildlife around here.  >:(
We had a huge issue the night he shot a goose in my yard. Glad he moved.

I shot this picture in March 2009 while we were in Florida...

I s'pose I could shake people up a little if I said it was in Stoney Creek...

it was still relatively cool and he was just glad to get some sunshine...

this is just a shallow retention pond near a huge subdivision and an elementary school...   the school is completely fenced (many in Florida are)...

I've wondered if the fence is to keep the kids in...  the bad people out...   or to keep the gators from snacking on the kids :-\ :-\ :-\

My wife makes tacos with chicken all the time...

I'm sure she's used ground turkey too...

This is at the Taco Bell on Alexis (the one near I-75) in Toledo...

apparently this gal has learned to compete with the seagulls for the leftovers...

My son shot this one out the window of his pickup with his Droid phone cam...

That is just the way she plays with a ball Tiny ;) ;) ;)

We don't have a deer for her to romp around with...

but if we did I would guess that is just the way she would play too 8) 8) 8)

Interesting to watch the front hooves on the deer while they're "playing"...

you can see how they are weapons of defense when needed.

It does happen...

I wonder how they just happened to have a camera rolling during this incident...

We have a neighbor who raises deer and he was attacked in the pen several years ago.

He's probably more careful now.

I remember when this was first aired. The guy sprayed himself with "doe-in-heat" just to see what would happen. That's how it was caught on video.

That would probably explain it ;) ;) ;)
