Probably just a bunch of "she said, that she said, that he said, that she said, he said...." nonsense.

Probably picked up by one of Southfield's finest TORT lawyers and designed to intimidate and make a quick settlement.  You know one of those frivilous but cheaper just to pay and make go away type suits.  Sounds like the CCMC types lost the power struggle battle for control of the Monroe County Republican Party.
