Good Food Deals
« on: November 04, 2010, 12:06:17 PM »

Hey everyone, I don't get a paper so I was wondering if you folks could post your good deals on food here.  I was at meijer yesterday and got three pounds of Echrich Smoked Sausage for $5.99. Not sure how good that is but I'm stocked for at least a month.

Thanks

I had a coupon for those :) I saved $80 at Kroger today from coupons. I got captain crunch cereal for $1 a box.  Muffin mixes for $.50 each. Tons of soups for cheap. Start buying the sunday papers honey and check coupons to sells papers. I save a lot. Like tomorrow I'm going to Meijer and getting Jimmy Deans sausage for $.75 each. (I have a rain check from last weeks super Saturday sale)

My parents get it so I'll have to stop by there and check it out.  The only reason I posted this is because I want to stock up in case things get really bad.

Shaggy the Dollar Tree store on Telegraph is a great store also to stock up on stuff. They have paper products, which some are name brand, spices, condiments, snacks. For $ you can't go wrong.

Thanks ladies.  I may be getting a gig this weekend as a houseboy for the current so I shouldn't have to worry about food LOL.

Shaggy check out the Meijers ad on Saturday when they have their super Saturday sale. That is generally a very good sale. The ad comes out on Friday or you can access it on line also.
