I am reading the Anita Blake series. Written by Laurell K Hamilton. If you are a fan of the supernatural being series they are a good read. A little graphic nothing that you would want your kids to read. Definitely for MA.

GREAT book.  If you enjoy it you should get, "The Ethics of Freedom" by Jacques Ellul.

It's "What are you READING," not "what did you WRITE?"

If Fuzz ever had a pseudonym, Dick Craze would be a good choice. ;)

I could never get into The Hobbit.  Tolken's style isn't really my thing.  I did read the first book of the Wheel of Time series, but that has a Tolken-esque style so I didn't go beyond the first book.

I just finished up Snuff by Chuck Palanhiuk.  It's a good quick read and really demented.  Then again, all of his stuff is.  I'm debating on whether or not I want to start Oryx and Crake by Atwood.  I may need another easy read before I get into that.

my son made me read the Wheel of Time series...finding it much easier on audio.... also, my son really likes Palanahiuk as well...he keeps trying to get me to read those....Forsythia, you and my son seem to share a taste in books...he just started a new trilogy that he really seems to like....I'll try to remember to ask him about them.... and I do agree Baggins....could read Tolkien...over and over and over and over.....well, actually, I do..... :) ....I read from an entertainment point of view as well as a teacher's point of view... can't get enough of some books

some books to try..... Confederacy of Dunces; Out of the Night that Covers Me; God's Little Acre(kind of graphic); anything by William Gay; always willing to read the Iliad or the Odyssey; these are just some books that I have enjoyed over the years....taking into account not everyone's taste is the same .....most of these are southern literature of one sort or another...... but good books in my opinion

Chuck isn't for everyone.  A lot of his stories are dark at twisted.  I know one that has made over 90 people pass out at live readings.
