Quick thought. The Dems keep bringing the Trump tower meeting between Trump JR. and the female Russian lawyer as part of the Russian collusion routine. Junior thought the Russian lawyer was going to provide dirt on Crooked Hillary. She didn't have any. She had a different agenda. It was a nothing burger, as they say.

Yet she met with Fusion GPS before, and after, she met with Junior. As most know, Fusion GPS was the outfit who hired Steele to create the phony Trump dossier. Even so the MSM reports that Junior's meeting with this Russian lawyer is devastating evidence of collusion. OK. So why hasn't Mueller interviewed the Russian lawyer? He could. Wouldn't that make sense? Junior meeting with the Russian lawyer is the supposed bombshell of the Trump collusion investigation, yet Mueller doesn't have any interest in what the Russian lawyer has to say? And what about the Russian Lawyer meeting with Fusion GPS before, and after, the meeting. Wasn't Fusion leading an effort to take down Trump?  Could it be possible the Russian lawyer, meeting with Fusion, before and after, the meeting with Junior, was part of Fusion's take down Trump strategy? Curious minds want to know. Apparently Robert Mueller isn't one of them, and I know why. And that's because Robert Mueller is "all in" on taking down Trump. That's all.

Do you think the Mueller investigation will be absolved if the republicans retain control. And if they choose Jim Jordan as the new speaker? I do.

Muller and his cronies are nothing but a taxpayer fund drain and have been right along.  The initial premise of the 'investigation' has veered farther off base than the posts on this site....lol

Pretty common knowledge that everyone on the Muller team is anti-Trump.  If Muller spent as much time and resources (money) investigating Hildebeast as Trump, she'd be incarcerated by now.

...and if Big Red Arse reads this, I'm not leaving but I will not post on any thread that concerns recreational cannabis, grow operations or anything to do with retail sales.  I have my convictions and stand by them...  and yes, my tractor is very much larger than yours....duh

Huckabee had an interesting article published today that mueller Comey wiseman and a few others were all involved  in Hillary’s failure to protect embassy personnel in Libya.  They were all involved with obama in sending arms over there illegally that got into enemy hands. the ambassador was sent there to retrieve them.  It went wrong and Hillary and her boys had to deny everything.  Now they are trying to save their arses by blaming Trump.

Canadian conservative politician commenting on Trudeau government negotiating with the United States/Trump on trade.

“When you start a negotiation for free trade, you want to have less regulation and more freedom for goods and services that will cross the border,” Bernier said. But he notes that Trudeau wanted to talk about other things: “Gender equality was very important for them; climate change was important for them. The right to work [legislation] that they have in the United States — they wanted the Americans to get rid of that. You are having a discussion about free trade. Why are you speaking about that?” Bernier asked.

Why are you speaking about that indeed. I imagine the crew Trump has negotiating for us is exasperated trying to get down to business with a bunch of leftist, social justice, wing nuts. In defense of the Canadians they're used to working with the Obama Administration where they were dealing with other leftist, social justice, wing nuts.

The good news is the Canadians will either get real, or they're going to lose,
bigly.

Eventually smarter heads in Canada will prevail.  I hope anyway for their good.  Trump will dump them in a heartbeat.

The whole thing is pretty funny to me.  Trudeau pissedTrump off on a personal level, and Trump being the bully business man that he is is having a Hay Day with this kid.

Some Canadians will turn on Trudeau once it starts hurting their job market.....they enjoy a pretty robust employment level.

I'll tell ya Blue, there's a lot of leftists in Canada, and they'll stick with Justin in his fight with Trump, until, Trump says enough and pulls the proverbial plug on favored trade relations between the two nations. When that happens it won't take all that long before Canadians start to notice they're now the ones holding the short end of the stick. And it's going to be a really short one.

Friends are friends, and business is business. Just because your my friend doesn't mean it's ok for you to take advantage of me when we're doing business.

Dems plan on taking over the house, and maybe even the Senate. That would mean voters believed things will be better with the Dems in charge
of one, or both, of the legislative branches. Ok, I'll bite.

Is the argument that the government will then function more effectively in the interest of the people? Do you see Pelosi, Schumer and Trump getting together to enact historic legislation to eliminate our yearly deficits, or enact a pro-business, pro-economy legislation?

Or might it be a routine where the Dems catch Trump walking on water and demand an investigation to prove he was only doing that to hide the fact he couldn't swim?

If dems rig the ballot box they will impeach impeach impeach. It's just hard to imagine people want the dems running the country.   They are now but they can't enact any laws

Trudeau is a rank amateur compared to Trump when it comes to finance and economics.  His claim to fame was his dad and thats it.,  I agree, when Trump puts the screws to Canada (and he is right now), at some point Justin's base will evaporate.

When it comes to economy of scale, Trump is a master player.  He's been playing for decades.  The main reason I voted for him and support him.  he's unlike the politicians we have in DC.  They are stupid as Trudeau as well.

Dems blame Trump for all the turmoil currently engulfing our country. They may be right! I'm of the mind if some other Republican had won the Presidency it wouldn't be this bad. But here's the thing. The recent Republican Presidents, Bush and Bush, and recent losing Republican Presidential candidates McCain and Romney, were gentlemen, and refused to really engage when being slimed by the Dems. They didn't want the libs to be mad at them.

Well Bush I was a one term President, Bush II saw his approval rating be driven down to 29% in his second term, and then there's President McCain and President Romney.

What we're seeing today is a businessman President saying KMA to these sleazy masters of slander. It's long past time someone stood up to them.
These statist, socialist, tyrants seek ultimate power. Their utopia is when they completely run the show and everyone agrees with them, or faces the consequences.

Lindsey Graham showed them his butt yesterday in no uncertain terms.  I'd like to see more of the weasels stand up to the likes of Schumer, Pelosi, Booker, Feinstein, Waters and the rest of the militant Dems.  Would be a real good thing to have happen and would put back in balance, the balance of power in DC.

Side, I agree.  The Repukes have let the Dems run all over them and it's worked for the Dems up until now.  I hope Graham is just the start of the resistance.  If Jordan is voted as Speaker things likely to change.  Jordan has a few friends in Congress that will support him.  Current speaker Ryan is a weasel.

Ryan is a milktoast and from what I see, he is a never Trumper as well.  He did fine with Obama, being the minority speaker but when the tables turned, he just couldn't muster up to the plate for some reason.

I know I'd never want to be a Senator or Congressman.  Just too much 'stuff' to deal with.  Maybe that is why they all go for the ancillary benefits, to compensate for the grief factor.
