Newport-Bill...

please don't think of this as a complaint or attack on you because it's actually a way for me to say 'glad you're here'...

but,  the site info says you registered on July 11th...

that's five long weeks without a new member registering...

that alone speaks volumes for the interest (or rather 'lack thereof' on this site :( :( :(

I can't imagine too many people who would lurk the site for a period of time to register and participate just because of the limited number of people to reach out to and converse.

Hell BRD, what is there, maybe a dozen active posters?  I still enjoy it, and read practically every post, but it ain't what it used to be.

This is the place where I still get most of my local news, even when I travel I generally check in once a day to check out the Weather and other Misc. fun threads.

I miss old Fry.

Can we bust him out of jail?

Did they reply?

It seems like they would want him back in just to get that massive increase in post count.

A 50 post cut and paste barrage would be a banner night these days.

My take on Fry is he dropped through the cracks of society like so many marginal folks have.  Times are tough and it don't take much to fail today.

Either that or he was bouncing on his trampoline and went through the rotten fabric and busted his melon

Someone could take a spin over there (and not in a white Lincoln either).  I bet he don't live there anymore.

Not my favorite person, but still a person.

LOL  missed this thread -     I'm seconding the jail option -

Didn't see anything he posted worthy of a ban - for a long time.

I miss old Fry.

Don't he have an e-mail addy?  something at bumfunkegypt or such?  Maybe he is in the slammer...  I hardly think he's working out of town, he never impressed me with any work ethic.

I can understand that position. I just don't get people adoring Hillary. She's unfit for anything.
