Will the new Defense be able to hold off a senior QB?

Will Denard put up multiple TD running and passing?

Should be an interesting game.

IMO this game will be decided by the Michigan defense vs the Spartan offense. MSU's defense is going to handle Denard on Saturday, even though I am praying for the opposite.

USS, I don't think anyone is going to completely throttle Robinson but decision making isn't his strong suit. It pretty simple, if Robinson has a good game m wins, if not,its gonna be a long day for m.

I think Denard will have 3 TDs and 3 INTs and more rushing yards than passing.

MI will see their toughest opponent defense yet ...... I'm not expecting much MI offense.

I do think it will be a close game though...with State walking away the winner.

This game is tough to call.  It's Michigan and their good offense against State and their good defense on one side of the equation.  And State and their horrible offense against Michigan and their terrible defense.

I don't know who has the advantage but I do know this... If State stops the run of Denard he can still have an OK game passing.  If Michigan stops the MSU ran and Cousins has to pass, MSU is SKEEEEEREWED!!!!

Advantage Michigan.

Winner:  Michigan 28-17.

Game was close until the INT at the end, state looked solid on defense but definitely lacked any kind of self restraint and looked thugish at times. There is no doubt that the Spartans were coached to play this way. This is why the Spartans will never be anything more than a second rate team. And most certainly, although Hoke and the Michigan players will be careful not to say anything in public, this will be a motivating factor for Michigan in the years to come when they regain their prominence and State slips back into mediocrity.

Sure it didn't turn out the way I'd like, but it was fun to watch.  I think my grandmother could have played QB better than Robinson today though.

LOL! I think any mere mortally would have been unceremoniously snapped in half by the MSU defense. They were abusive.
