LOL . . . . so . . . "if" I read this correctly and can do basic math this "survey" is saying that Pres. Obama ranked "5th" however . . . . 43 other President's were ranked "higher" by virtue of being "tied" for other positions in the top four . . . wow . . . OK.

I merely questioned the motive of an avid anti-Obama poster since nothing there should be attributable to Obama but in the World of the right...I guess Obama controls the weather too.
