Now they are coming out with D'andre's nephew was with him earlier that morning too and that he gave his nephew a ride home @ 8:00...odd this is the first we heard of it but then again maybe they were waiting for something before they said anything. Hmmm

According to the article the prosecutor says charges are pending "very very soon"

Bianca's father is scheduled to be arraigned June 5th, let's hope the father is at least man enough to tell the family where he put the babies body.

A hearing is scheduled today for the father of Bianca.  This precious baby girl still has not been found.

"Lane's girlfriend, Anjali Lyons, has testified she awoke Dec. 2 to Bianca's screams as Lane used the stick to beat the toddler for urinating in bed. Later the same morning, Lane carried a silent Bianca to his car. She was covered with an animal print blanket.
 
Lane's trial is slated for Sept. 18"

D'andre Lane was found guilty Friday of felony murder and child abuse.
He will be sentenced in November according to the article.
