Shredded sharp cheddar mixed with finely chopped onions, finely chopped black olives and enough Miracle Whip to keep it together. Placed on the miniature rye bread squares and baked till brown. Lovely. If you don't like onions or olive just leave them out.

Of course, my favorite is just bread with olive oil and parm cheese for dipping.

I've used a similar recipe, but using cream cheese instead of miracle whip.  To me the miracle whip sounds gross...But, I've never tried that combo together, I might try it just to see.

Here is a very easy conqueso recipe...I make this for a lot of parties...

Brown 1 pound of ground beef(you could substitute with ground turkey if you like), season with taco seasoning just as if you were making tacos.
Dice up a large block of Velveeta queso blanco with jalapenos.
Add all ingredients in a 2 quart crock pot with a jar of chunky salsa(hotness to your liking).

Just let everything melt together mixing well, then serve with tortilla chips.

It doesn't get much easier...
