ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - An Albuquerque hot dog vendor faces a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon after police say he rammed his food cart into a competitor.

Police say Eric Kilmer used his hot dog cart to run over the legs and feet of rival Vincent Montoya. Other vendors told KOB-TV, that Montoya is seeking a restraining order against Kilmer.  http://bit.ly/JIpUAd

It was not immediately known why the two were fighting.

If Kilmer is convicted, he could face up to three years in prison. It was unclear if he had an attorney.

LMFAO!

I think there should be no criminal charges brought up against this guy, and that the City of Monroe should offer him up a tax abatement to set up shop in Loranger Square.  This town needs a Soup Nazi version of a hot dog cart vendor.

I just went to Menard's on Alexis to pick up a few things and you will NEVER guess what is outside the exit doors!!
 
A Hot Dog/Bratwurst Cart!!!  So, just for Fuzz, I bought a bratwurst with sauerkraut on it!  It was DELICIOUS!!

I knew all along that Monroe was afraid of the hot dog vendor attacking someone with the cart. That's why they wouldn't allow it.

I stopped at the hot dog cart in Downtown Adrian today.  It was very good.
