Monroe has some of the greatest history of any "small" town in America and should be blessed to have such a wonderful woman from our town.  Kaye Lani Rafko-Wilson is such a considerate, passionate, helping person.  I have no doubt that had she wanted she could have been a superstar on any stage yet she made the choice to return to Monroe.  What a terrific indicator of how magical Monroe is as a community.

I agree, Monroe has some great history, too bad most people don't know of it or just don't care... :-\
