Brave squirrel challenges eagle

At first I thought the squirrel was just plain nuts!!!

Then I got to thinking that maybe the eagle can't really move fast enough to move that short distance while it's sitting on a limb like that.  Now put the eagle in the air and the squirrel on the ground and I know who's having what for lunch :o :o :o

That's the same bird cam we watched the babies grow up last summer on another thread. I recognise the barn down below.

That was great video.

I watched 2 squirrels chase a few ravens in the back yard once.....it was hilarious.  The ravens were up near where I fed the squirrels and they obviously didn't care for their food supply to be threatened.
