People if your headed to the PowWow please keep your eyes open for this little fella.  From the sounds of it he
is missing from the Mount Pleasant area.  He was reported missing Thursday evening around 10:00p.m.  Please keep your eyes open even if your not going to the Pow Wow. 
I hope this little fella makes it back into the arms of those who love him soon. Please if someone could post his picture on here I would appreciate it.

Here is a timeline on Mlive.  I am not sure if the cadaver dogs were brought in before or after the search warrant was executed.  If he just wandered off it seems funny that the boyfriend wasn't cooperating.
And it never seems to say what time the boy actually was missing...did the mom work all day or just a few hours etc.

If this is true it is absolutely heartbreaking. I have only seen it posted on his facebook and one news channel.  Prayers that Creator comfort the family and friends of this adorable little boy and welcome him home with open arms.

The body of a 4-year-old boy missing for a week was found buried Thursday at his home, a family spokesman said.

Carnel Chamberlain's body was found under a wood porch or deck at the home on the reservation of the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe, 70 miles north of Lansing, Kevin Chamberlain said.

Chamberlain, the tribe's former chief, said he had no details about what led investigators back to the house after many days of searching woods, ponds and the tribe's wastewater treatment areas.

The body "had to be in a grave. We had looked underneath before and didn't see anything," he said.

Carnel disappeared on June 21 while in the care of his mother's boyfriend.

I did not find this but someone passed it along to me. She brought him into the home of an abuser -- Anthony Bennett. She let this man beat her son with his fists and choke slam him into the floor. She left her son alone in the care of this man. It is illegal to fail to report child abuse in the state of Michigan. Jaimee failed to protect Carnel and because of that he is now deceased.she allowed this abuse to continue and did nothing. She refused to save her little boy when he needed her the most. She is just as responsible for his death as the monster who did it.

Reading this I couldn't help but feel a smidge sorry for Bennett (as a boy) but just as it was his parent's choice he made his choices...now he needs to deal with his consequences.  It is eye opening to see how things can happen in our childhood that affect us our entire lives.
