No, most of them don't have a job and WE will be paying for that health care!

Exactly.  Like the Supreme Court Justice said...."It's a tax".  Working people pay taxes, slackers don't.  Slackers reap the benefits that working people pay them.....

It's great for Obama (for the Supreme Court to uphold the mandate) because the slacker will vote for him.

I find it interesting that a Presidental Election (and most elections for that matter) have distilled down to a 'vote for me and you'll get free cheese'...  Instead of elections based on qualifications and experience.  What a travesty......

Rummy's only hope is there are enough voters that are sick of the entitlement scenario (I am for one) that there will be enough to oust Obama.

4 more years of this clown and everyone will be on the government teat and the government will be bankrupt.

Hey, let's try this one again.
It is so applicable over and over again.
And, for you Republicans and Democrats out there pay particular attention at 2 minutes and 40 seconds!
Just in case you don't get it yet.

As a public service announcement for you Republicans out there; Romney is NO different than Il Duce Barry Soetoro!

If you didn't get it with the Bank Bailouts, and you slept through the assault on 200 years of contract law with the Auto Company Bailouts, and you missed the implosion of the housing market, and you fail to see the increase in your food and gasoline prices, as our pal George Carlin said, just remain willfully IGNORANT and OBEY!

George Carlin ~ Owners of the country.wmv

I agree in principle only.  When your choices are pre-determined you always take the lesser of the evils.  Rummy is the lesser evil.

That is, unless you are running for President.  Are you??

There is precedence for ignoring SCOTUS.

I've no doubt the reform will cover more Americans. I just wonder how far they are going to take the "mandate". First they mandate you have insurance, then they mandate you do this and take that. Phooey on "too big to fail"!

That's ridiculous fear mongering. There's nothing in the legislation that provides for anyone to prescribe medical advice to an individual to 'do this and take that.' If that legislation comes up, then we can all discuss it and vote against it. As it is, nothing like that exists.

Without any healthcare what-so-ever, it's where many will wind up, sooner, rather than later.

States don't have to expand their role in Medicaid/ ($$$), the penalties on them to under the same ruling.

It will be interesting to see if their is a new tax to pay this portion of Obamacare ?
