The government needs to go to war on child crimes.

This is so very sad.  What a beautiful little girl.  From what I read she was found in the same home in a closet.  May she rest in peace.  What would make anyone want to hurt a child?  We went from a society where kids were having babies for unconditional love to having babies so you have someone to release all your frustrations on?  Start letting the punishment fit the crime.

Some are so sick that punishment is no deterrent. Police need to stalk those that harm children like they do potheads garbage. No disrespect to the child is intended.

The baby was 17 months old and the brother is 2, I am hoping closer to 3.
The mom says the baby had white foam in her mouth and nose when she seen her?
Looking up more on that tomorrow but found something interesting about drowning, cpr and the heimlich maneuver that makes sense.
I need to check into this further. http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:0HpgAMfIF0cJ:html.rincondelvago.com/the-asphyxia_la-asfixia.html+what+causes+a+body+to+have+white+foam+coming+from+nose+and+mouth+after+death&cd=7&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us
"There have been numerous reported cases which state that the Heimlich Maneuver worked when all other lifesaving measures failed. In fact a Patrick Institute study found that in a series of unconscious, non-breathing pulseless drowning victims, 87% survived when the Heimlich
Maneuver was performed, whereas only 27% survived when CPR was performed without the Heimlich Maneuver. According to University of Houston Professor John Hunsucker, in a study conducted for the National Pool and Waterparks Association, that in 27 drowning incidents reported by NPWPA trained lifeguards, 24 victims responded by breathing from the Heimlich procedures alone and only three required CPR after the Heimlich was administered. This article seems to contradict Heimlich maneuver for drowning

"For example, the use of the Heimlich maneuver to resuscitate drowning victims has been warned against as useless and potentially lethal by the National Academy of Sciences, the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross, the US Coast Guard and other organizations. Nevertheless, for decades the Heimlich Institute put the public at risk by promoting this and my father's other dangerous medical recommendations." Hmmm I think if I post more on this I will put it in a different thread.
