Really?

Is this your opinion, or fact?

Could you please provide a link, showing Fox News always reporting "a bunch of lies", and NBC, MSNBC, CNN, CBS and the NY Times always reporting the truth?

Okay - Democrats have also worked to throw out ballots they don't like.

How about Al Gore trying to get absentee ballots from people serving overseas in the Military thrown out?
How about Al Franken coming up with a bunch of ballots to close the gap in his recount?
How about the practice of only selectively counting precincts that you know may benefit you - with canvassing boards that you control?

Face it - voter fraud is also a Democratic Sport - perhaps even MORE so.

http://www.forbes.com/sites/billfrezza/2012/08/08/sen-al-franken-voter-fraud-revelations-call-for-ways-to-reduce-it/

The discussion was about election fraud, specifically the charges of Republican’s hiring companies to cheat.  This same one caught in Florida has done the same exact ILLEGAL stuff many times before.  It has been caught throwing out any registrations by Democrats and switching party from D to R as well as plain out making up thousands of registrations; not faked by one stupid individual but systemic fakes by MANY.  You know, all the stuff ACORN was accused of but not proved?

Contesting BALLOTS is not necessarily fraud, maybe not honest as can be, but it is appeals to a judge to remove some ballots for very valid reasons, like casting a vote for 2 candidates in a one choice category.

Franken-Coleman was so close it triggered an automatic recount.  The immediate recount changed the totals to Franken.  Coleman contested that recount and that led to the ballot removal from both.  Coleman never gained enough from those, and if I remember right, most of Franken’s further lead was from blocks of ballots Coleman wanted counted.  In that case Coleman was the one wanting selected districts recounted.

All I remember about the 2000 total mess was Republican party leaders pretending to be just concerned citizens chanting “hanging chad”.  If the Supreme Court had thought Bush would have won they would have let the count go on, as that would be a correct and better way to do it than APPOINT one that they wanted.

LOL.  Yep - it is fair and square if you win - even if we have documentation after the fact that people cast votes the were not valid.

Seriously - do you think it is only conservatives that play dirty?  If so you really do make me laugh.

I am saying it is two ways - you can only see it one way.

So - does that make YOU partisan!  I THINK it DOES!

LOL!

We have to depend on the legal system, which recounts are.  Are they not perfect, yes.  You make a big deal about “votes the were not valid” which is what the contesting of ballots in a recount is supposed to do, yet don’t seem to care about votes cast that are NOT counted.

Conservatives are not the only ones, but comparing them is like comparing a speed bump to a mountain.

You failed to mention the constant Republican tactic of putting more voting booths in R districts than needed and far less that needed in D districts that does reduce vote count because of long lines or not enough time.
You claim Forsythia a partisan?  I see that you clearly are, but F has said that she is a socialist (I think) and not a D.  Either way, pointing out reality isn’t necessarily partisan.

No doubt about it.  The democrats for years have stuffed the ballot boxes.  Been proven many times in big cities.  And the republicans try to make it as difficult as possible for the democrats to get people registered and to the voting booth.  They throw up one obstacle after another.

Looks like the Republicans have a taste for ballot box stuffing this year with the hooliganism in Florida and Michigan.

Can anyone say Al Franken...   and the "D" who conveniently found ballots in the trunk of her car in one district...  one side of the equation of vote early and often.

And the other is making people provide information to support they are indeed actually citizens - (claimed to be obstructionist)...
But I guess we all know that everyone living here is a citizen at their own word under Eric Holder/Obama policy.   8*

I'll be posting a story tomorrow about people who have had difficulty with these laws.  These are elderly people who were made to jump through ridiculous hoops just to get an ID so they can vote.  It's an NPR story so many of you will believe it is biased....

I will predict the NPR story will be about elder folks that were born out of the state.   The story will detail how these elder struggle because they cannot produce a birth certificate.

The lack of mentioning CRAWFORD v. MARION COUNTY ELECTION BD. ruling on this matter will prove any bias.

LIBERAL SPIN?? You've got to be kidding me?  They're the most unbiased news source in America.

Here's the story. Please tell me how this has any liberal spin on it.  I find it amusing that the media has gotten so conservative they look at unbiased reporting as having a liberal spin.

http://www.npr.org/2012/09/27/161826027/pa-voters-battle-bureaucracy-ahead-of-id-law-ruling

Quote
Mitchell, 68, has to renew her expired ID. Herbert has a current ID but needs to update the address. She's 65, has multiple sclerosis and uses a motorized wheelchair. She's not happy about this new law.

"I think it's stupid," Herbert says. "Folks that have been voting all their life, like me, shouldn't have to go through this."

But, for now at least, she does. Eventually, another van is called, and the 9:30 planned departure time becomes more like 10:40.

"I think we can start boarding," says Angela Brown from NewCourtland, the nonprofit that runs the center and is helping low-income seniors get their ID.

"Thank you Jesus," Mitchell says.

The ride is uneventful, but when the women arrive at the DMV and open the door, it's a shock: At least 200 people fill every available seat. Another 50 or so stand in the aisles or are crammed up against the wall. Parents hold squirming children. No one looks happy.

"This is crazy," Mitchell says.

Herbert and Mitchell are given forms to fill out but aren't quite sure what to do with them. At 11 a.m., Mitchell is given an estimated wait time of 39 minutes. Herbert's estimated wait is 1 hour 38 minutes. Both guesses prove overly optimistic.

No one knows how many people in Pennsylvania don't have the correct ID, but at the very least, it's in the tens of thousands. The state has tried to make the process easier by loosening the rules, but some say that has only added to the confusion.

These women waited more than 4 hours including getting the run around from government employees just to get an ID.  Just try and tell me this isn't a form of voter suppression....
